1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how JR Nexus Solutions ("we", "our", "us"), operating the JRGenix platform at jrgenix.com("Service"), handles cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions.
This policy is designed to comply with:
- The UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and its Executive Regulations;
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Combating Commercial Fraud;
- Stripe Inc.'s requirements for merchant refund and dispute handling;
- Applicable consumer protection regulations in the customer's jurisdiction (where mandatory).
2. Cancellation Right
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, directly from your account dashboard or by emailing support@jrgenix.com.
When you cancel:
- You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period;
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period;
- Your User Content remains accessible during the remaining billing period and for 90 days thereafter (during which you may export it).
3. Refund Eligibility Window
3.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Plans)
This 14-day window applies to your first paid monthly subscription only. Renewal payments and subsequent monthly subscriptions are not eligible for the new-subscriber refund window.

3.3 UAE Consumer Right of Withdrawal
For consumers resident in the UAE purchasing through this Service, the cancellation rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law apply in addition to (and not in derogation of) our 14-day and 30-day windows above. Where the UAE statutory withdrawal period exceeds our window, the longer period applies.
3.4 Subscription Renewal — Reasonable Refund
If your subscription auto-renews and you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge to request a refund, we will issue a full refund of the renewal charge provided you have not used the renewal-period feature allowance (e.g., generated zero sites in the new period).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are NOT eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests submitted after the applicable window (14 days monthly / 30 days annual / 7 days renewal);
- Subscription periods during which you have generated, downloaded, or actively used a substantial portion of the feature allowance (where this is documented in your account usage logs);
- Add-on charges for one-time services (e.g., custom design, dedicated support hours) once the work has been delivered;
- Charges that you successfully chargeback through your card issuer (in which case the chargeback supersedes our refund process — see Section 7);
- Accounts terminated by us for violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Third-party fees (e.g., payment processor charges retained by Stripe per their published schedule).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@jrgenix.comfrom the email address registered to your account.
- Include in your message: your account email, the transaction reference (visible in your account dashboard or your bank/card statement), the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 1 business day and provide a decision within 5 business days.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation. However, your feedback helps us improve the Service and is appreciated.
6. Processing Time & Method
- Approval timeline: approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval.
- Refund destination: refunds are issued to the original payment method (the credit/debit card or other payment instrument used for the original charge). We cannot issue refunds to a different account or method.
- Bank/card processing: once initiated by us, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing time. Some banks may take up to 14 business days.
- Currency: refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge. Currency conversion charges (if any) imposed by your bank are not under our control.
- Confirmation: we will email you confirmation when the refund is initiated, with the Stripe transaction reference for your records.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@jrgenix.combefore initiating a chargeback through your card issuer. Most billing concerns can be resolved within one business day.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Suspension of your account pending dispute resolution;
- If the chargeback is decided in our favor, you may be required to pay an additional dispute-handling fee imposed by Stripe (typically USD 15);
- If chargebacks become a pattern across an account, we reserve the right to refuse future service.
We respond to all legitimate chargeback requests in good faith and provide Stripe / your bank with the documentation required to support a fair determination.
8. Free Trial Conversions
Where the Service is offered with a free trial period, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period using the payment method you provided, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We will email you a reminder at least 3 days before the trial ends. If you forget to cancel and the conversion charge is posted, contact us within 7 days at support@jrgenix.com for a full refund of the conversion charge, provided you have not actively used the paid features during that period.
9. Price Changes & Pro-Rata Adjustments
If we change subscription pricing, your existing subscription will continue at your current rate until the end of your current billing period. The new price applies on renewal.
If you upgrade your subscription mid-cycle, the upgrade is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current period. If you downgrade, the downgrade takes effect on the next renewal (no mid-cycle refund of the difference).
