JRGenix
Refund policy

Honest about refunds.

Why no blanket refunds?

Every composition consumes specialised compute on our intelligence layer and production infrastructure. Once a credit is consumed, that cost is non-recoverable on our side. Our refund policy reflects that reality — generous on cases where we fail to deliver, restrictive on cases where the website shipped successfully.

What we automatically refund

Failed compositions. If the orchestrator exhausts its retries on a quality gate (SEO < 90, EEAT < 80, schema invalid), the run is rejected and your credit is automatically returned to your account — no action needed.
Service outages. If the Service is unavailable for more than 4 consecutive hours during a billing cycle, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.
Duplicate or accidental charges. Refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

Goodwill refunds (case-by-case)

If you signed up and decide JRGenix isn't the right fit, you may request a goodwill refund within 7 days of your first paid charge, provided you've used 5 or fewer site credits. We review requests individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.

After the 7-day window or 5-credit threshold, paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period — but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

What we don't refund

Already-consumed credits. Successfully composed and shipped websites cannot be refunded — the underlying API costs are already incurred.
Annual plans past the 7-day window. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the goodwill window. Cancellations apply to the next renewal.
Founder cohort downgrades. Founder pricing ($29/mo) is locked for the lifetime of the account but is not refundable retroactively if you downgrade or churn.
Outcomes you didn't like. We don't guarantee SEO rankings, affiliate approvals, traffic, or revenue. The Service ships websites — outcomes depend on your niche, execution, and market.

EU consumers — 14-day withdrawal right

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use the Service (i.e., generating your first composition), you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once provision of the digital service has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Until the first composition is consumed, you may withdraw freely for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@jrgenix.com with:

  • Your account email
  • The charge date and Stripe receipt ID
  • A short reason for the request

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing time may add a few additional days.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the paid period and existing websites remain live.

Refund returns money already paid. You can do both, neither, or just one — they're separate actions.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings.
