Terms of Service

By accessing or using JRGenix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. JRGenix is operated by JRGenix ("we", "us").

JRGenix is a SaaS platform that orchestrates a deterministic content composition pipeline to generate production-ready affiliate websites. The Service includes brief intake, niche intelligence, schema synthesis, content composition (which may use third-party language-model providers as sub-processors — see the Privacy Policy for the current list), vision-scored imagery, performance gating, built-in hosting, free SSL, and custom-domain support.

The Service is provided as-is and may evolve. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

To use the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address and a working payment card. Card verification is required at signup. Starter and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial — your card is verified at signup and is automatically charged on day 8 when the subscription renews into the paid plan, unless you cancel during the trial. This requirement exists to prevent multi-account abuse, since each composition consumes real third-party API and infrastructure costs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Paid plans are billed in U.S. Dollars on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until canceled. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues through the end of the paid period. Generated websites remain live and exportable.

Founder cohort pricing (Pro at $29/month) applies for the lifetime of the account, provided the subscription remains continuously active. If a founder subscription lapses, the account returns to standard pricing on the next signup.

You authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of paid features.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
• Promotes adult content involving minors, terrorism, hate speech, or self-harm
• Contains malware, phishing, or fraudulent affiliate redirects
• Impersonates real people or organizations without authorization
• Targets restricted markets without proper compliance (regulated finance, pharmaceuticals, firearms, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

You retain full ownership of the content and websites generated for your account. You may host, modify, monetize, sell, or transfer them freely.

JRGenix retains ownership of the platform itself, including the orchestration engine, prompts, codebase, branding, and documentation. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

Imagery sourced through the vision pipeline is licensed for commercial use within the generated website only — redistribution outside that website may require separate licensing.

You may terminate your account anytime by canceling from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, you may export your generated websites within 30 days, after which we may delete account data.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• Search engine ranking, indexing, or traffic outcomes
• Affiliate program approval or commission rates
• Continuous uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Vercel, Stripe)
• Compliance with the marketing rules of any specific platform you publish to

Generated content is editorial and informational. You are responsible for reviewing websites before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRGenix's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

JRGenix is operated by JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, licence number 47032257.

For users resident in the UAE or other GCC states: these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, or — where parties so agree in writing — the DIFC Courts or ADGM Courts.

For users resident outside the UAE/GCC: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware unless a different forum is required by your local consumer-protection laws (including but not limited to mandatory EU consumer jurisdiction rules and UK Consumer Rights Act provisions).
